研究方向
鱼类发育和遗传育种。
1、 鲆鲽鱼在发育的过程中有一个特殊的变态过程，由两只眼睛在头骨中线的两侧转到同一侧，形成有眼侧和盲侧，本课题组对这个变态过程的调控机理进行研究；
2、 海水鱼类的转基因长期以来一直是海水鱼类基因功能研究的重点，本课题组通过用显微注射技术、精子介导等转基因方法进行尝试，以期建立海水鱼类转基因体系。
