同位素地球化学，海洋地质学，有机碳同位素、微古生物手段研究河口、近岸海陆交互作用、以及及沉积物从源到汇过程。
不同时间尺度海平面变化对海岸带自然和人文环境的影响。台风、风暴潮、海啸等灾害性事件对海岸带自然和人文生态的影响。
